Terms & Conditions – Paradise Worldwide Competition

2. Eligibility
• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older. All participants confirm they are at least 18 at the time of entry.
• Participants must reside within the European Union or the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Paradise Entertainment & Distribution GmbH, AlphaTheta EMEA, Pete Tong DJ Academy, and their immediate family members (parents, spouses, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
3. Competition Period
Start Date: 05 Jun 2025 at 10:00 CET
End Date: 07 July 2025 at 23:59 CET
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
- Follow @paradiseworldwide__, @alphathetaemea, and @petetong_djacademy on Instagram.
- Comment on the Instagram competition post, sharing your motivation for becoming a DJ or why you need the Omnis‑Duo setup.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments will not increase the chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) prize package, consisting of:
• Omnis‑Duo All-in-One DJ System (approx. value of €1,500)
• Full scholarship code for the Pete Tong DJ Academy online course (approx. value of €499)
The prize package is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within five (5) days after the competition ends.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and will also be announced in the comments section of the competition post.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Paradise Worldwide reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Shipping
- The OMNIS-DUO All-in-One DJ System will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s address within the EU or the UK.
- Paradise Worldwide will coordinate with AlphaTheta EMEA to handle shipping logistics
- Once dispatched, all risk passes to the recipient. Paradise Worldwide is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during shipping. Any issues must be taken up directly with the carrier.
- The Full scholarship code for the Pete Tong DJ Academy online course will be. sent to the winner via email.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participants may access, rectify, or delete their personal data by contacting info@para-dise.biz.
9. Limitation of Liability
Paradise Worldwide is not responsible for:
• Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by participants.
• Technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software.
• Any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the competition.
All participants agree to release and hold harmless Paradise Worldwide, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions arising from or in connection with their participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize package.
10. General Conditions
Paradise Worldwide reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any problem prevents it from running as planned. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., the owner of Instagram.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradise Worldwide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize package. Paradise Worldwide makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the prize package, including its quality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
